Paul Stephenson

Paul Stephenson joined VF in 2013 as Manager, Global IT Procurement & Contract Services. He is responsible for leading Global Procurement efforts within IT Professional Services and Supplier Relationship Management.

Prior to VF, Stephenson spent over 3 years at Aleris International in a variety of leadership roles within Indirect, CapEx and International Procurement. He was a key member of the cross-functional team that constructed Aleris’ new aerospace aluminum plate rolling mill in Zhenjiang, China, in 2012.

Stephenson earned Aleris’ Chairman’s Award for his efforts in bringing the company’s Richmond, VA facility back on-line, after an extended hiatus in production. He also led the Procurement team in the Ashville Coil Coating Expansion, the largest organic growth initiative within the North American Business Unit.

Most recently, Stephenson was promoted to the Senior Manager, Global IT Procurement & Contracts position, and added Supplier Relationship Management to his responsibilities.

Stephenson earned his BSAS in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Youngstown State University, with honors, and his Juris Doctorate in Law from The University of Akron in Akron, OH.
