Phil has over 20 years of experience in the design, administration, risk and financial management, and governance and compliance of compensation and employee benefit programs for large Fortune 500 companies. Currently, in his role with Equifax, he is responsible for designing rewards programs, processes, products & services that enable and reinforce business strategies, objectives & tactics. Prior to joining Equifax in 2003, Phil worked as an employee benefits consultant for Mercer, Ernst & Young and Coopers and Lybrand.

Phil is a CPA, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Florida, and a Masters in Tax from Georgia State University.
