Barbara joined Xerox Corporation in 2012 and is currently responsible for leading their North America Contingent Labor program and Canada purchasing operations, covering more than $900M in external supplier spend. During the past year, Barbara has successfully led enterprise sourcing initiatives for contract labor Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) tools. Barbara began her career at Eastman Kodak Company, holding a variety of assignments over a 30 year period in the areas of systems engineering, information technology, North American operations, and global procurement. Most recently, Barbara managed $1.5B in annual indirect purchases for Kodak, and was responsible for supplier productivity, contract management, process compliance, and e-business initiatives on a global scale. Barbara holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
