Matthew Elliott is the Director of Resource Capacity Management for IT at Dignity Health, the fifth largest health system in the United States. In his role he is responsible for delivering to the IT organization a complete picture of the nearly 2,000 person IT organizations’ resource needs required to meet the project and operations demand, identifying gaps in capability and working with leadership to address those gaps. As part of this responsibility Matthew oversees the ‘best-in class’ Managed Service Provided (Bartech)/ Vendor Management System (Fieldglass) program, managing the identification, engagement, payment and on/off-boarding of the 400+ professional service contractors engaged by IT. In the last financial year, this program managed nearly $70M in spend and realized $2.8M in savings.
