Nicky Dilsworth-Floyd is a Senior Manager for the IT and Online procurement team at Sears Holdings with over 20 years’ experience in strategic sourcing. Since joining Sears Holdings in 2006, Nicky has held increasing roles within the non-merchandising procurement teams across various strategic spend categories such as Supplies, Marketing, and IT & Online.

In her current role, Nicky manages the Software and SaaS procurement team for IT and Online. This team is responsible for sourcing and negotiating a variety of both traditional software and service license arrangements and SaaS solutions, with a spend of approximately $540MM.

Nicky holds a BS in Business Management from National-Louis University and a Master of Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. She obtained her CPSM in 2013 and PMP in 2014.
