Indirect spend is a key cost driver of organizations large and small, yet putting the spend under control is highly challenging. In this session, we'll take a holistic look at indirect spend in three buying occasions -- strategic sourcing, tactical sourcing (3-bids-and-buy), and spot buy (non-sourced, ad-hoc purchasing).
